Industrial main distribution
A main switchboard receives the transformer supply and feeds production lines, motor control centres and plant services. Main switchboards for buildings
In offices, hotels and campuses, the main switchboard supplies risers, floor distribution boards and large mechanical loads. The load schedule defines feeder duties, metering and circuit allocation. Multiple supplies require a defined transfer and interlocking scheme; room dimensions, cable routes and maintenance clearances govern the physical layout.
Extensions to existing distribution
